How to administer

🥄 Optimal consumption method

  • 1 Consume in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast
  • 2 Leave the elixir under the tongue for 1–2 minutes for optimal sublingual absorption
  • 3 Swallow slowly. Do not mix in hot liquids — high temperatures destroy active enzymes
Adults · Prevention

1–2 teaspoons per day (7.5–15g). 30-day courses, repeated every 3 months or continuously during the cold season.

Children over 1 year old

½–1 teaspoon per day (3–7g). Can be mixed with a little warm milk — not hot.

Athletes · Intense effort

2 teaspoons in the morning + 1 teaspoon 1 hour before training for optimal energy and recovery.

Convalescence

3 teaspoons per day (morning, noon, evening), daily until complete recovery.

🍯 About crystallization Honey crystallization is a natural process and a sign of quality — it confirms that the product is 100% natural, without additives. It is not a defect. To liquefy crystallized elixir, place the jar in a warm water bath (maximum 40°C). Do not use a microwave oven — high temperatures destroy enzymes and active properties.

⚕ Attention — allergies to bee products

If you have not consumed bee products before, start with a small dose (½ teaspoon) and monitor your reaction for 24 hours. If any signs of allergy appear (itching, hives, swelling, difficulty breathing), stop administration immediately and contact your doctor. In case of a severe allergic reaction, call 112.

Contraindications and precautions

  • Not to be administered to children under 12 months — risk of infant botulism
  • Not to be administered to persons with allergies to bee products (honey, pollen, propolis, royal jelly) or bee venom
  • Persons with diabetes mellitus should consult their doctor before use (high content of natural sugars)
  • Persons on anticoagulant treatment should consult their doctor (propolis may interact with anticoagulants)
  • Persons with sensitive hormonal disorders should consult their doctor (royal jelly contains natural hormones)
