☕ Decoction preparation
- 1 Put 1 tablespoon (5g) of the mixture in 250ml of cold water
- 2 Boil on low heat for 2–3 minutes, covered
- 3 Let it infuse for another 10–15 minutes, strain, and consume warm
- 4 It can be sweetened with stevia. Do not add sugar.
Dosage
The recommended dose is 2–3 cups per day. Do not exceed.
Duration
Courses of 21–30 days, followed by breaks of at least 7 days
Hydration
Consume at least 2L of water per day during the course
