How to apply

🧴 Application protocol

  • 1Apply a generous layer to the desired area — morning and evening
  • 2Massage gently and let it absorb into the skin for about 40–50 minutes
  • 3Use daily, on clean skin, until desired comfort is achieved

💡 Complete protocol — cream + lotion

For maximum comfort, we recommend using this cream together with Earth Butter, Comfrey, and Hellebore Lotion. The lotion is applied in the evening by friction, the cream in the morning by massage — the two formulas complement each other perfectly. If skin sensitivity reactions occur, it can be combined with Calendula Cream with Sea Buckthorn Oil.
