The extract is prepared from a 1:3 ratio — 20g of dried Damiana leaves and stems per 100g of alcoholic tincture, ensuring an optimal concentration of active ingredients.

💧 Method of Administration
- 1 Measure the dose with the dropper included in the bottle
- 2 Add the drops to a glass with a little water or natural juice (50–100 ml)
- 3 Consume 3 times a day, preferably before meals
Standard Dose
3 × 10 drops per day (morning, noon, and evening). A 30ml bottle provides approximately 30 days of administration.
Duration of Treatment
Minimum 30 days for initial results. Optimal: 60–90 days with breaks of 7–10 days every 30 days.
Mandatory Dilution
The drops must always be diluted in water or juice. Do not administer undiluted directly on mucous membranes.
