At Spițeria Vraciului, Galium verum Tincture is prepared according to the recipe of our founder, Elena Năstasă — with plant harvested manually during its peak flowering period, around the summer solstice. With a concentration of 40% plant extract — the densest in our range of tinctures — each spoon contains a maximum proportion of active principles, impossible to obtain through industrial production.

Galium verum contains iridoids (asperuloside), flavonoids, phenolic acids (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid), coumarins, and tannins — a complex bioactive profile with documented action on the endocrine, lymphatic, and hormonal systems. Hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, thyroid nodules, and other endocrine conditions require medical evaluation and treatment.
